About Jessie

With more than 22 years of experience as a licensed Realtor in Washington State, along with 8 years of property management experience, I have had the privilege of helping clients navigate many different stages of their real estate journey. From first-time homebuyers and growing families to those downsizing, moving up, investing, or navigating more complex transactions such as short sales, I enjoy helping people find the right path for their individual goals.

Throughout my career, I have developed experience in residential sales, investment properties, short sales, listings, social media marketing, property management, and transaction coordination. My property management background has given me valuable insight into the day-to-day responsibilities of owning and managing real estate, as well as the unique needs of property owners and investors.

I take pride in doing things right the first time and being proactive throughout the transaction. My transaction coordination experience allows me to pay close attention to the details, keep documents organized, and help ensure everything is in place for a smooth closing—with as little unnecessary paperwork or repeated signing as possible.

I believe buying or selling a home should be an educational and empowering experience. My goal is to provide my clients with the information they need to make confident decisions while keeping the process as comfortable, casual, and stress-free as possible. I value relationships and strive to build the kind of trust that leads to repeat business and referrals from clients who know they can count on me.

One of the things I especially enjoy is helping clients coordinate the sale of their current home with the purchase of their next one, when possible, creating a back-to-back transition that makes moving from one home to another easier and less stressful.

Outside of real estate, I enjoy spending as much time as possible outdoors and traveling. Most importantly, I love spending time with my daughter, Taylor, and my dogs. For me, real estate is ultimately about people, relationships, and helping others feel confident about one of the biggest decisions they will make.
