Our Services consist of:
· Monthly Accounting and Collection of Rent
o Owners receive monthly statements showing all income and expenses. Rent is collected and notices sent out in a timely manner if rent is not received by due date.
· Semi-Annual Inspections (inside and out)
o Inspection of each property is done twice a year to ensure your investment is being well maintained and that any repairs that have gone unreported by the tenant can be dealt with.
· Maintenance and Repairs
o We hire and oversee all routine maintenance and repairs as needed in a timely manner to protect your investment and keep happy tenants.
· Legal and Professional Service Coordination
o We coordinate any legal or professional services as needed. (we are not attorneys or accountants)
· Advertising
o Advertising is provided at our discounted price in cooperation with our Real Estate Sales Co., local newspaper and Real Estate magazine contracts.
· 24/7 Emergency Accessibility
o 24 hour emergency contacts made available to both tenants and owners.
· Showing Property and Pre-Screening of Potential Tenants
o Equity Property Management knows the value of having good tenants. We are committed to a high standard of screening in order to produce the best possible tenants. Credit and background checks are performed on all potential tenants.
· Monitoring of Rental Market
o We continually monitor the rental market in order to optimize income potential. Rent increases are done as needed.
